As an office administrator, you will become part of our dynamic and informal team. Here you can fully develop your skills, whether alone or in a team!
- You take care of offers, incoming inquiries and orders
- Manage e-mails, letters, minutes, post and telephone (central services)
- Form part of the purchasing, sales and dispatch of goods
- Supports calculations and quotations
- Help the team with phone calls, emails and other tasks.
- Supports marketing and sales
- Are open and ready for activities outside your area of responsibility.
- Completed training with a technical or commercial background (e.g. office administrator) or comparable qualification
- Desirable: Experience in plant and special machine construction
- Good knowledge of the common MS Office programs
- Good written and spoken English
- Independent, responsible and proactive way of working
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Organizational skills
